Through the study of five narrators, prefacing the way by an explanation of the ranks of verifying narrators according to Al-Hafiz Ibn Hajar, the reasons for the difference in his sayings, and the Theory for choosing the most correct saying according to him. Concluding with the most important results that I have reached from this study. إن علم الجرح والتعديل يُعدّ من أهم ثمرات جهود الحافظ ابن حجر العسقلاني رحمه الله؛ فقد كان-رحمه الله- يتتبع الرجال فيحكم عليهم، وأصبح حكمه مرجعا مهما لمن جاء بعده من الباحثين، بل إن كثيرا منهم اعتمد عليه في حكمهم على الرواة. إلا أنه قد اختلفت أقواله في الحكم على بعض الرواة، فنجد أنه يحكم على البعض في كتاب بحكم، ويحكم عليه بحكم آخر في كتاب آخر له. الذي يحثني إلى تمعن النظر في منهجه عن نقد الرواة؛ لكي أتتبع ذلك الاختلاف، مع محاولة الوقوف على أسبابه، وبيان وجه الصواب فيه، من خلال الدراسة عن خمسة من رواة التقريب، مُسبَقًا ببيان مراتب الجرح والتعديل عند الحافظ ابن حجر، وأسباب اختلاف أقواله، وضوابط اختيار القول الراجح عنده. مختتما بأهم النتائج التي توصلت إليها من هذه الدراسة، والذي أسأل الله أن يكون فيه النفع والفائدة للباحث والقارئ، إنه ولي ذلك والقادر عليه، والحمد لله رب العالمين، والصلاة والسلام على نبينا محمد وعلى آله وصحبه أجمعين. الكلمات المفتاحية: نماذج من الرواة الذين أنزل الحافظ ابن حجر درجاتهم في التقريب عن كتبه الأخرى.
