الخدمات البنكية الإلكترونية وسائلها وأحكامها الفقهية

Abstract: The research aims to define electronic banking services, which has become important in our lives, and to know their means and jurisprudential rulings. The researcher adopted the historical methodology, and descriptive analytical in this research, which belongs to the field of sharia sciences related to the jurisprudence of electronic banking transactions,

and he divided it into three sections, the first section dealt with electronic banking in terms of origin, concept, advantages and means, while in the second section was identified credit cards, and the third section was devoted to the jurisprudence ruling of some electronic banking services. Among the results of this research: that electronic banking services are the services provided by banks based on electronic means, including credit cards,

and Sharia boards have authorized these services that were compatible with the rulings of Sharia and do not include a Sharia prohibition.

المستخلص: يهدف البحث إلى تعريف الخدمات البنكية الإلكترونية، التي أصبحت مهمة في حياتنا، ومعرفة وسائلها وأحكامها الفقهية. واعتمد الباحث المنهجين التاريخي والوصفي التحليلي في هذا البحث، الذي ينتمي إلى مجال العلوم الشرعية المتعلقة بفقه المعاملات المصرفية الإلكترونية، وقد قسمه إلى ثلاثة مباحث، المبحث الأول تناول الصيرفة الإلكترونية من حيث النشأة والمفهوم والمزايا والوسائل، بينما في المبحث الثاني تم التعرف على بطاقات الائتمان،

أما المبحث الثالث فخصص للأحكام الفقهية لبعض الخدمات البنكية الإلكترونية. ومن بين نتائج هذا البحث: أن الخدمات البنكية الإلكترونية هي الخدمات التي تقدمها البنوك اعتمادا على وسائط إلكترونية، من ذلك بطاقة الائتمان، وقد أجازت الهيئات الشرعية من هذه الخدمات ما كان متوافقا مع أحكام الشريعة ولا يتضمن محظورا شرعيا.
