عُــمْــرَةُ المَــكــيّ: رواية ودراية

This research aims to collect and extrapolate all the hadiths and relics mentioned in the Umrah of Mecca, which support it and contradictory, with its graduation and its degree, then explain the doctrines of scholars and the owners of the four schools, especially in the ruling on Umrah for Mecca, and whoever said of them of its legitimacy and evidence for that, as well as from He said the opposite, while explaining the most correct evidence of evidence, and the research also dealt with a statement of the doctrines of the scholars in the meqat of Mecca, and an explanation of the best of it, Afaqi a distinction in all of this between the Meccan, helly and the perspectives in terms of the terminology of the jurists. All of this is based on an analytical and comparative approach that relies on analyzing the evidence and statements presented in the issue with comparisons between them and stating the similarities and differences between them, Among the most important results of this research: He said otherwise because of the strength of the evidence indicating its legitimacy, the weakness of the evidence for the offender, and that the meqat of Mecca for Umrah is generally the solution, and that Mecca is a name given to everyone who settles in Mecca. هدف هذا البحث إلى جمع واستقراء جميع الأحاديث والآثار الواردة في عمرة المكي، المؤيدة منها، والمخالفة، مع تخريجها، وبيان درجتها، ثم بيان مذاهب العلماء، وأصحاب المذاهب الأربعة خصوصًا في حكم العمرة للمكي، ومن قال منهم بمشروعيتها، ودليله في ذلك، وكذا من قال بخلافه، مع بيان الراجح بالدليل، كما تناول البحث بيان مذاهب أهل العلم في ميقات المكي، وبيان أفضله، مع التفريق في كل ذلك بين المكي والحلّي والآفاقي من حيث اصطلاح الفقهاء، كل ذلك بمنهج تحليلي مقارن يعتمد تحليل الأدلة والأقوال الوردة في المسألة مع عقد المقارنات بينها وبيان أوجه التشابه والاختلاف بينها، ومن أهم نتائج هذا البحث: القول بمشروعية العمرة للمكي واستحبابها، ورد من قال بخلاف ذلك لقوة الأدلة الدالة على مشروعيته، وضعف دليل المخالف، وأن ميقات المكي للعمرة هو الحل عمومًا، وأنّ المكي اسم يطلق على كل من استوطن مكة. الكلمات المفتاحية: العمرة، المكي، الأحاديث، الآثار، حكم العمرة، ميقات.
